Auto Pay – Sign up for Auto Pay. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account or Credit/Debit card each month. Click here for directions on how to sign-up or by logging into your online account.

Online – Visit our payment website here to make a one-time payment. We accept eChecks (bank drafts), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
NOTE: Please allow 3 days for online payments to post to your account.​

In Person – Effective December 2nd, Payment of cash, check, cashier’s check, money order or VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards are accepted during normal office hours between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except holidays.

By Night Depository – A depository box is located in our headquarters parking lot. Payments are picked up daily by 8:00 a.m. and posted to accounts that day. Please do not put cash in the night depository.

If Your Water is Off – you must make payment at the office for service to be turned on. Payment must be made in cash, money order, Visa, MasterCard or cashier’s check.

If Your Account is Delinquent – Metcom can offer payment plans for up to 12-months. Contact the Billing Office at 301-737-7400 option 2.
