The Department of the Environment, the Citizen Groups, and MetCom mutually and voluntarily agreed to enter into a Consent Decree without litigation or trial. These documents; have been prepared in accordance with best practices and standards in the sanitary sewer industry, have been posted to ensure that they are accessible to the public and represent deliverables that have been submitted to the Department and the Citizen Groups.
